Car Radiator Drain Plug Leaking

I asked the dealership for a replacement part however it appears that the petcock is attached to the radiator and can not be replaced.

Check the fuel hoses and lines fuel filter connections and gas tank. It was sitting out and dry for a couple weeks. Now when i put it all back together the plastic drain plug in the radiator leaks.
