The bleeder seals of the taper machined onto the bleed screw and into the caliper.

Keep the radiator cap loose to help the air move out during this process.
It may be while you are driving or while your vehicle is parked.
Open the valve and bleed the air trapped in the upper portion of the radiator.
Besides causing little or no heat to come out from the heater it may cause.

Rev up the engine again and loosen the air bleeding valves until there is only flowing coolant from them.
This puts your radiator higher than the rest of the cooling system and helps force the air pockets closed.
Close your air bleeding valves.
At this point you should repeat these steps until you get heat inside the car and your coolant temperature reaches 90c.
You can also jack your carto bleed the air from the cooling system.
Some vehicles have a radiator bleeder valve located at the top or front of the radiator.

Open the bleeder valves.
The coolant flows through the radiator so if there is a leak in the radiator coolant will leak onto the floor underneath the vehicle.
Let your engine idle again and recheck the coolant level and lower the front of your car.
Blue loctite is not the sealing loctite nor does a bleeder seal on the threads.
